This kit is suitable for qualitative detection of AML1/ETO fusion gene in bone marrow samples from leukemia patients and is only used for auxiliary diagnosis of molecular typing of patients in the early.
Clinical significance
The detection results of this kit are only representative of AML1 gene and ETO gene. When AML1 gene and/or ETO gene rearrangement occurs, green (G) and/or red (R) signal breaks, and when fusion occurs, red and green fusion signal (F) appears. The detection results are for clinical reference only. If a case is to be confirmed, please combine the clinical symptoms and other test methods, and the detection results should not be used as the only standard for clinical diagnosis or exclusion.
