Features

Unique Gas Pressure Conversion Device Design

The gas pressure conversion originally completed by the electromagnetic valve is completed presently by the mechanical structure device, avoiding the high failure rate caused by the electromagnetic valve.

One Instrument Dual Purpose

One-button-free switch between conventional dehydration and rapid dehydration. The rapid dehydration program is started during the day to dehydrate small samples rapidly in 3 hours. The conventional dehydration program is started at night.

Environmental Protection

The tissue processing system is closed and provided with independent liquid and gas passages. The gas in the gas passage can be liquefied and discharged into the waste liquid container through the specially designed condenser pipe so that no polluted gas leaks out. It meets the requirements of environmental protection.

Multiple Safety Protection Functions

Two optical sensors are provided to sense the lowest and highest liquid levels. Prompt and service stop protection functions; working chamber over-temperature detection and power-off protection functions; automatic alarm function of unlocked working chamber.

Reagent Management System

The service cycle of reagents and paraffin is set according to the number of embedding boxes processed, the number of days of reagent use or the number of dehydration times. The system counts automatically and gives an automatic prompt to replace the reagents and paraffin after the threshold is reached.

Efficient and Stable

300 to 350 standard embedding boxes arranged orderly can be processed each time. samples are processed with reagent movement but without sample movement, which can avoid the danger of sample damage caused by power failure of the dehydrator, cylinder or other mechanical failures.

Preset Tissue Processing Program

There are 10 sets of tissue processing programs for users to set and choose from.

Appointment Function

With the function of timed automatic operation, the instrument allows users to set the completion time of tissue dehydration on any day by week.

Power-off Protection Function

With the power-off protection function, the instrument can work in sequence from the breakpoint automatically after re-connection of power.

Auto Remote Telephone Alarm Function

Timely equipment troubleshooting (optional).

Job Done Prompt

Voice and screen prompts at the end of work.

Stirring Function

Several stirring modes such as normal-pressure, pressurized, vacuum and magnetic stirring are available. Users can set the stirring time and interval and whether to enable the stirring function.

Paraffin or Reagent Auto Rotation Function

The instrument will remind users of replacement automatically after the threshold value is reached according to the effective threshold value of use of paraffin or reagents. The system will rotate paraffin or reagents automatically in the ascending order of cleanliness. Waste paraffin or liquid will be discharged automatically to the discharge box. You only need to add new paraffin or reagents to the empty position.
